Gareth Lock of Cognitas Incident Management is giving a fresh series of presentations on diving safety over the coming months.
The familiar GUE tech diver is part-way through a five-year PhD studying risk factors for sport divers.

Formerly a navigator in the RAF, Gareth applies the same principles of airborne incident analysis to underwater incidents.
Now Mr Lock is giving a fresh series of presentations to explain his approach in more detail. After outlining his theories of accident analysis, he then moves on to apply it to real world cases.
