Sherwood Scuba relaunches in UK

The Sherwood Scuba brand was officially relaunched back into the UK during the recent Dive Show at Birmingham’s NEC.

Distributor Typhoon International kicked things off with a free-to-enter competition.

Although the brand has been distributed since February this year, Typhoon decided to officially launch the brand in style at the NEC in Birmingham, over the weekend of 26 and 27 October.

The competition winner drawn at random the week before the show was Lee Fallon from Newcastle-upon-Tyne. Lee came along to the Sherwood Scuba stand at the dive show to collect his prize from Hazel Coupe, Marketing Manager, Typhoon International.

Sherwood is the 4^th largest diving brand in the USA, although seriously under-represented in the UK and Ireland – until now.  The Sherwood regulator and BCD ranges have recently undergone a complete upgrade with the latest models having just obtained CE approval.

The product range also includes gauges, masks, fins and snorkels, and Typhoon is confident that Sherwood will be a major player in the diving industry in the years to come.
