Monty Halls at LDC Dive Lectures 2012
TV presenter and cave diver to front this year’s presentations
Celebrity diver Monty Halls is one of two guest speakers set for the London Dive Lectures in February.
He will be joined on stage by fellow diver of repute, Rick Stanton. The annual lectures are organised by the London Diving Chamber, in association with the Royal Geographical Society in Kensington.
Topics Monty and cave diver Rick will tackle include the Great Barrier Reef, rotting fish, Cornish fishermen & Spanish caves.
Monty has just returned from Australasia where he was filming for a new BBC series about the Barrier Reef.
The free-to-attend ‘London Dive Lectures’ are held in support of Scuba Trust. The Trust is a charity devoted to giving people with physical disabilities equal opportunities to experience scuba diving and the underwater world.
The lectures take place on Friday 10th February 2012. Doors open from 6pm for a 6.30 start.
To register your interest in attending, check out the LDC’s website. See you at the RGS, 1 Kensington Gore, London, SW7 2AR…
